If your delivered bags come with scratches, structural damage or broken outer packaging, reach our support staff within 48 hours after receipt and offer clear photos of defective goods and original packaging as proof. All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and clearance charges set by destination local authorities. These extra expenses are fully the customer’s obligation and are not covered in product prices or basic shipping charges.
